I tend to be more than a little bit nostalgic for the earlier days of the web.
So, when I saw a link to this MetaFilter thread on old-school bloggers still posting (via kottke.org) and then this Twitter thread about apps and websites now gone that are missed, they both caught my attention and brought back fond memories.
